Courtney Stott was so great to work with! She helped us close our sale and gave us space to process as it was happening. She made selling a property we didn’t want to sell as pleasant as it could have been and we are forever grateful to her.

We worked with Courtney Stott for our first time house purchase and I would highly recommend her. She is a very genuine person and was knowledgeable about all of the details you don't think about. Was always quick to communicate if you had any questions or concerns and was never pushy, giving you space to think and make decisions. She went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult lender and we will be contacting her when we decide to sell in the future!

Century 21 in Benton is a racist,  dishonest company. They REFUSED to return my texts or calls for days about a problem I was having with their screening link. When Mary Furr decided to finally answer my text, she was very rude and short with me and never solved the issue.  Instead she lied and said my background disqualified me (lies,  I'm a nurse, I'm nit allowed to have anything on my background) and denied my husband for incomplete application. She did not want to deal with us at all due to our race and wanted us out of her hair. I will make sure I post this every place that I can to warn other minorities to stay away from these people.

Minorities be careful....I applied for a rental last week and was unable to submit the screening part for both my husband and myself. I was transferred to 3 different people before someone finally responded, rudely may I add. Mary Furr never helped me with my original complaint but instead denied the application before it was completed. These people do not want to work with African Americans and it shows.

When my husband and I decided that we might want to buy a new home, we reached out to Courtney Stott based on the stellar reviews we saw about her. She responded to my email immediately, and from then on it was like we were the only clients she had. She sent us information for us to look at available homes, and with a week she reached out to see if we wanted to view houses. She selected 10 for us to view in one day, based on our very vague criteria (number of beds and baths and a top price range was all she had to go on). Halfway through, she suggested a house we hadn't considered, and on a whim we said okay. Turns out she had listened to our comments on the other homes and figured out what we really wanted (amazing mid century home) but didn't know how to say. The house she showed us was perfect! Courtney made the business part of the transaction a breeze. She managed getting our title and survey lined up, and she got us in touch with a great loan originator. Everything came together so quickly that we closed and moved ahead of our schedule! Courtney was kind, understanding, and professional, and there aren't enough stars for her level of service. Seriously, if you need a realtor, she's the one you're looking for!
